We are beyond thrilled to be laying down roots in Warsaw, VA! We can’t wait to provide the same exemplary service and beautiful, expansive showroom that we offer in our hometown, Fredericksburg. Read more in the message below directly from the Town of Warsaw!

We will see you in 2022, Warsaw!

“The Town of Warsaw is pleased to announce the expansion of Anderson Propane to 4445 Richmond Road at the former Nunnally’s and River Collision building. The expansion will initially include an investment of $1,250,000 and will include the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new office space and showroom. A new propane storage facility will be located on-site, with a service area that includes Warsaw, Essex County, and the Greater Northern Neck Region. The showroom will feature fireplaces, outdoor kitchen equipment, and various appliances, with best-in-class brands such as Mendota, Valor, Kozy Heat, Rinnai, and much more. Initial employment figures include 5 full-time employees with additional employees hired once the facility is in full operation.

Nicole Sullivan, Anderson Propane Senior Vice President, stated that “Even in these somewhat trying times, we are elated to cement ourselves in Warsaw and look forward to bringing Anderson Propane to the Region.”

Joseph Quesenberry, Warsaw Town Manager, described this as a project that had been in the works for years. “We’ve had the pleasure of working with the Anderson Propane team for a few years now to have them expand to Warsaw. They’re a reputable company that’s focused both on good paying jobs and strong customer service and we’re very pleased that they chose our Town as their next expansion,” he said.

Randall Phelps, Warsaw’s Mayor, stated that this is another piece of the puzzle in Warsaw’s growth. “This will bring a new facility to the entrance to the Town and will provide additional jobs and an additional service to our residents. I’m pleased to see that our Economic Development strategy is working, and I hope to continue this growth in the future,” he said.
